Your company validation

By validating your company, you confirm that you truly represent Your company and the completed registration data are accurate. By validating companies, we want to avoid cases where someone registers with the data of an unrelated company or provide false identification data.

Cargopedia offers you several options through which you can validate your company.

Choose the convenient validation method:

• Validate by sending a company document Registration or VAT certificate, utility bill or other document
  In order to validate your account, please send us a copy of a company document (Registration or VAT certificate, utility bill or other document) showing the name and address of Your company. After a Cargopedia operator will make the necessary verifications, the account will be activated.

  We accept both scanned documents and images taken with mobile phone or photo camera.

• Validate by bank payment of a verification fee Pay 2 EUR from your company account to confirm your identity. After making the payment, we will refund the 2 EUR as credit to your account.

  Download and pay by bank transfer the below proforma invoice, then your account will be validated. A tax invoice will be issued.

• Validate by paying a subscription via bank transfer If you pay a Standard or Premium subscription via bank transfer
  If you order a subscription and you pay by bank transfer (payment order), we will validate your account after confirmation of payment. If you choose this option, you don't need to send us a document for validation.
